Bea Gonfa is a vendor at St. Catharine's farmer’s market providing authentic healthy vegan & vegetarian samosas, soups, spreads and salads, lentil cinnamon muffins and ginger lemonades.

Bea Gonfa got started making handmade Samosas to potlucks and churches since 2009.

Marc & Noel started their business in 2019 with one goal in mind: providing an enjoyable take out experience to the Fort Erie area. Thanks to their experience & dedication, they’ve managed to become masters of the craft. Providing menu items that are fresh, hearty & simply unforgettable.

At The Manic Maker Freeze dried Munchies we transform candy with our innovative approach to freeze-drying. We never rush the process. We're not just a candy store. We make all our freeze dried treats in our shop, which is a licensed commercial kitchen. Our production is all done in house, by certified food handlers. We do not purchase pre-made Freeze dried candy.
